BodyMx appreciates that you chose our facility for your massage and bodywork session. It is our intention to provide top notch service and the highest quality professional bodywork.


Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to fill out the board of health’s required confidential health history form. It also allows the therapist time to ask specific questions about any health issue, or your specific body needs for that day. Giving yourself a little bit of extra time helps your body and mind to start to transition from an active, busy mode, into a more relaxed, receiving mode. Additionally, timely arrival keeps our business on schedule, and respects the next client’s scheduled therapy time.

Late Arrival

We understand that issues occur. It helps us a great deal if you call and let us know if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We generally can work within a (5) minute delay, however, if time runs 10-15 minutes or more, we will likely have to shorten your session by that amount of time. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled time. In return, we will make sure we are on time, and if for some reason we are not, we will give you the time back or adjust the price of the session.

Cancellation Policy

BodyMx asks that you respectfully give a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation. We can be reached at (407) 494-2272, via call or text.

We charge ½ price for the first missed session and full price for all others after. Cancelling an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate / prepaid session will result in the forfeiture of that certificate / prepaid session. Please note, clients who have cancelled on us at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a valid credit card. Refusal to provide us with the credit card information will result in termination of our relationship.

We do understand emergencies and illnesses do occur and will work with all legitimate issues on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate honestly and we will do our utmost to work with you.
